At TTG Solutions, we believe that meaningful change is possible — and that support shouldn’t stop at the prison gate. We walk alongside people as they leave custody, providing a practical and compassionate bridge into the community.

Founded by two directors with complementary experience across the criminal justice sector, TTG Solutions combines extensive frontline and operational knowledge with psychology-informed practice.

With over 25 years’ experience working within the prison system and wider criminal justice sector, our leadership brings a strong understanding of the challenges people can face both in custody and when transitioning back into the community.

This experience is complemented by a psychology-informed approach, helping us to better understand the role that behaviour, motivation, confidence, communication and individual needs can play in someone’s journey towards employment.

Together, this shapes a practical, person-centred approach that focuses on the individual, recognises that no two journeys are the same, and provides the right support to help people move towards sustainable employment and a more positive future.
